I'm personally motivated by the positive impact leaders can have on their people's experience, and therefore their commercial contribution. I have worked in roles that unlock the engagement of people for 24 years, with a variety of organisations, across many industries. I started my business - ConnectUp - in 2017 and it is our mission to enable everyone to work at their best by cultivating Connection, Meaning and Belonging at work.
